Remote Assistance problem

I am trying to help a friend who is at a remote location. I can't say for
sure, but they are probably using DSL and have a router. They have sent me
the Remote Assistance "RAINVITATION.MSRCINCIDENT" via email. When I attempt
to connect, I get the following message "Remote Assistance connection could
not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please
try again". Well, trying again wasn't the answer. Any suggestions? Many
thanks, John.
