remote assistance connection problem

a friend remote assistance requested me and when i try to link on an error
message comes on " remote assistance connection could not be established
because the remote host name could not be resolved". all of our firewalls
and antispam software have been turned off. any suggestios as to what the
problem might be ?

Hi,

Is one of you behinda router? If so, you may need to configure it to forward
port 3389 to the internal IP of the machine in use.
