Remote Assistance fail to connect to the remote PC

Can anyone tell me how to fix the problem that Remote
Assistance: HelpCtr.exe- Entry Point not Found | "The
procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be
located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll" occur when
I started the Remote Assistance?

Hi,

Expand a new copy of the file, preferably from the latest service pack.
Start/run msconfig, click on "expand file" (general tab)

File to expand: scrrun.dll
From: C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386
To: C:\Windows\system32

Hi,

Have you verified that helpctr.exe exists in the
C:\Windows\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries folder?
