Remote Access Connection Manager Service>>???

Help! - I'm an Ex Win98 user, recently installed W2KPro -
Have somehow lost my Dialup Settings, and when I try and
add the ISP settings - it's only for a dialup connection
on a standalone machine - I get the following errors -
"Cannot load the Remote Access Connection Manager Service"
Error 711: The Remote Access Service Manager could not
start - See Info in the Event Log"

Be real grateful for any advice on this one - Have tried
several KB searches, but got no real clues - Even just
which log is being referred to here would be helpful!

Verify that the following services are started:
Remote Registry
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
