Remote access connection manager cannot start. Comes up with error 126 specified module could not be found. ??? Can't find what module it's looking for. Any ideas! Dependent services all seem to have started. Rasmans.dll and rasman.dll exist in windows\system32

See MS Knowledge Base Article 329441 for a possible solution for your problem.

Have you tried to enable ras tracing? If not, go to Start/Run/CMD and type
in:

netsh ras set tracing * enable
sc start rasman
netsh ras set tracing * disable

You can read the log from %windir%\tracing. %windir% = your hard drive
letter.

Other suggestions:

Restore RasMan Service (Line 268) right hand side
