related topics

Hello

When i am in help and support and need to see the related topics it does
not open
, and everytime i click it a little icon pops up that says notes. Any
help would be appreciated.

You double checked both registry keys?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0

Would reinstalling the help and support do the trick?

I doubt it, but if you want to try.

on the pchealth.inf but it didnt work. Soon as i get up the nerve i am going

Cannot locate "C:\\WINNT\\PCHealth\\HelpCtr\\Indices\\merged.hhk".

I do not even have a C:\WINNT folder. Ijust ignore it and do not use the
Index for the Help and Support Center. And beleieve me, I use Help and
Support every single day.

my helpctr\indices folder , but i still get the blank page with the cannot
locate merged.hhk. when i click on index.

Thanks , ok shoot i dont even know what the index deal is for i just
run across it when i was checking out the helpctr problem. I dont have a
WINNT folder either my merged.hhk file is at
c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\indices folder.
