Reinstalling quicken basic 2004

When I try to install from the CD I get the Install Shield.
Then Quicken 2004 Installation starts.
It goes through license, ok, the it puts "quicken 2004 warning'.
Please insert the disk
WHAT DISK! I already have the CD going. Anyway I have to cancel and then
the announcement "Could not install..

I have Quicken Basic 2004 in my other computer. Now with this new one I
want to install the program on this new one. and trash the old program in
the old computer. It wont let me do this. Could anyone please give me a
suggestion or solution.

The problem lies with Quicken, not XP. Contacting them is the best
advice. Take it. Their support is pretty good.

SORRY! I was referring to Quicken support. I was told to clean my CD!
Some help. And thank you for your reply even though it didn't do much good.
I gave up on Quicken
