Reinstal MSOutlook2003"OperationfailedRegistryInstallationproblem

After formatting and reinstalling MSOffice 2003 Prof. am unable to use Outlook.
After opening Outlook message appears "The operation failed due to a
registry or installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the
problem persists please reinstall"
Have tried again and reinstalled without success. I am not permitted to
enter internet data. Outlook was working well before formatting. Other
Office and XP programs working.

You dont mention your o/s, in this format (presumably a win format) did you
first delete then create the partition during the clean win installation
process?
If in Control Panel>Mail Applet are there any Profiles shown?
