I noticed this version did not remove a entry in the list of installed
programs, in this case the uninstall log file was no longer present, so
I wanted to delete the entry. My Uninstaller did it nicely.

Yes, but isn't the freeware very limited? I seem to remember it pointed out
several problems and would only fix 10 or 15. If you needed more help you
have to buy it. That seems an unfair tease, since you're bound to find more
than 10 problems with the registry especially if you download a lot of
freeware

Can you please cite the source of your suggestion? As far as I can see
there is no such limitation on the number of problems RegSeeker will fix;
no mention either in the software itself or on the website:

We know it's not Regseeker that's crippled.

Out yonder in the demoware swamps... there lives a thing named Registry
Healer. Likely it's what the poster was recalling: it will not do more
than ten fixes.
