Registry Filter warning

Hi,

I have recently built an Embedded XP images that incorporates the Registry
Filter and FBWF.

After every boot there is the following message in the system event log:

The Registry Filter was unable to open some registry keys for monitoring.
Data:
0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 5c 00 ......\.
0008: 00 00 00 00 10 00 00 8f .......Â
0010: 00 00 00 00 34 00 00 c0 ....4..À
0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

Is this warning somthing to worry about, and can anyone give me any ideas as
to why it appears?

If the Registry filter is used without the FBWF will the Registry filter
still function and will it cause problems with the OS?
