Registry error reported by Norton WinDoctor - Any ideas?

Hi guys,

When running WinDoctor I received a registry error that WinDoctor was unable
to fix. Does anybody understand the error? If so, how do I correct it?

C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0700\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe"
cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll."
