I am having a Problem installing "Star Wars: Galaxies".
In the middle of the install, I am receiving an "Error:
Catastrophic Failure" message. All my anti-virus
protection is off. When I run Norton WinDoctor, it
cannot repair a missing file issue with Installshield.
The thread reads:

"C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Installshield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
\DotNetInstaller.exe", cannot access a necessary
file, "mscoree.dll".

Please tell me if these two problems are related and how
to fix them. Thank you for your prompt attention and
expert help.

First you are probably missing the mscoree.dll, and yes
that could possibly causing the problem that you are
haveing. i would try going to this website to Get your
missing DLL file
