registration/certification process

Hi,

I'm a code developer in a company.
Our product installs itself as a startup product.
When we do so the Microsoft AntiSpyware pop ups with an alert (blue one).
User has option to allow or block.
I would like to know if there is some process that my company can make with
Microsoft in order to authenticate our product so it won't even raise the
alert pop up.

Thanks

Alon

Use the "Vendor dispute form" on this page::

http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/isv/forms.mspx

The normal purpose of this form is to allow a vendor to dispute a detection
of their product by Microsoft Antispyware. However, my current
understanding is that this is also the route to open communication with
Microsoft for the purpose of getting your app certified as
"spyware-free"--which will get it a green popup with no user interaction
required (with the current beta product.)
