Turn off alerts

Is there any way to turn off or at least minimize the
alerts in Spyware Bets that pop-up and require you to
block or allow?

These alerts popup over the top of our medical office
software many times a day and it's driving our
receptionist crazy. I've turned off all the alerts I can
find but the blue box ones keep appearing. I'd like to be
able to set it to "block all" so they don't have to deal
with them.

And this was done from Options > Settings menu?

Can you give more specifics about the blue alerts you are seeing?

I have this installed on about 3 dozen machines in offices, and I've yet to
hear such a complaint. OTOH, I have seen this issue here, and know that it
is real.

I think the key is figuring out what is triggering the alerts.

If it is something unwanted--we need to remove it properly. If it is
something normal, we need to convince Microsoft Antispyware to allow it
without comment.
