Redirect to my.searchnet.org when using CTRL+ENTER

Recently, IE started sending me to this "Quick! Search Service" almost every
time I type in part of a URL and press CTRL+ENTER. I am running Win2KPro
with all the current patches, service packs, fix packs, etc. and IE
6.0.2800.1106. I've also noticed that even though I keep setting the Search
option to "Do not search from the address bar", it continues to do this.
It's also strange that I set that to "Do not search", but every time I open
IE, that selection is cleared out. I've already used Google to search about
the issue, but all the hits seem to be about the opposite - their browser
WON'T search from the address bar. Any clues? TIAFAH! - Pat
