Cant do <CTRL+ENTER> in address

Hello!

I think I posted this message in the wrong group before, thus this post here
again now..sorry

Is there anything I should download, patch or what do I do?
Because Nothing happens when I key in <CTRL+ENTER> in the address in IE so
IE will
insert the www. .com
Example: When I type yahoo <CTRL+ENTER> will usually becomes www.yahoo.com
since yesterday, only yahoo stays in the address and I get msn search..

Using Regedit, browse to the following registry key and make sure the noted
setting is correct:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete]
"Append Completion"="yes"

also see the following values:

"Use AutoComplete"="yes"
"AutoSuggest"="no"
