Redirect in Outlook dropping all Cc's

I've set up Redirect in Outlook (not forward) to redirect my email to another
account. The messages all arrive, but they are stripped of any and all
original Cc information, so I am unable to see who was Cc'd on the original
message. Is there a fix for this glitch?

A colleague followed the exact steps I did, and when his messages are
redirected to the new email account, all the Cc's show up. In my version of
Outlook (2007), they do not, yet we cannot detect a difference between how
each account is set up.

if the redirect included all CC'd names, they'd get a second copy. If you
need the names, forward as an attachment.
