RECYCLED - RECYCLER(?)

I changed my drive from FAT32 to NTFS. The "Recycle Bin" still appears normal on the Destop, but inside the drive folders it's no longer there. It shows a RECYCLER folder icon instead. Is this normal, am I panicking for nothing or did I screw something up?

This is normal--NTFS drives use Recycler.
