Recycle bin problem after Norton Internet security

Given up on Norton IS and installed McAfee.

But Norton has not put back the original windows XP recycle bin....I do not
want to reinstall NIS as I now have McAfee in & working well and don't want
to risk compromising that!

How do I reinstate my recycle bin, please? Where do I find it?
