RECURRING REMINDERS 5 TIMES PER DAY, 5 DAYS PER WEEK, MULTIPLE PEO

Short of setting up 5 recurring reminders for each day of the week at the
beginning of each week (in case people are absent) is there any easy way to:

1. Set up a reminder every 1.5 hours from a start time to stop time daily.
No time needs to be booked.
2. This reminder needs to be set for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
and Friday but for different people each day with a reminder being sent to a
backup person(s) if not accepted within 10 minutes.
3. When the person is away on holiday want to be able to forward their
reminders to an elected individual/individuals.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Sounds unwieldy/undoable to me but if you describe WHY you want to send these reminders, perhaps someone can suggest a better method to accomplish it.

I suggest that each person can set up / delete individual reminders
upon the receipt of the notification from other person. This way you
can cope with the issue very easily. If you need a backup person, this
can be easily done using tasks in Cute Reminder software. So you can
assign me a task (or tasks) and if I do not reply to you (confirming
the task completion) until the specified deadline, Cute Reminder will
automatically show you an unobtrusive reminder that you have to do the
job instead of me.
