Recurrent restarting of Computer.

This has been going on for awhile now, and I've search
quite a bit of spools for this. Basically, Xp keeps
restarting itself sometimes even 3 times in 5-10 minutes
whenever I'm running big programs or playing some games
like D2. After restarting, it keeps saying:

Serious error, device driver possible cause and so on.

To be more specific, I got a blue screen message saying

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

I'm running
1.01Ghz AMD Athlon Processor
256MB RAM
NVIDIA GEFORCE2 MX (driver version 4.5.2.3)

I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out or give
me some advice in what to do, because this is taking its
toll on some of work I'm doing for classes when it crashes.
