Recover My saved password

Hi,

I recently deleted my cookies and temporary internet file contents in
Internet Explorer (IE 6) in my machine. My problem is that my saved password
for the websites have gone. I am not able to recollect them now.

Is there any way to recover those cookies and those password information of
those sites?

This is what I would try: Download and run Restoration or another
Undelete program. The more you use the hd with the deleted files, the
more data you overwrite, so you should download the program to a flash
drive, or floppy.

Most sites expect you to forget your passwords from time to time. They also
have methods in place to send them to you if you forget them. If you can
remember your log-in name, Email adress you used to sign up, or sometimes
the credit card info you used, you can Email them and have them send it to
you. Once you have it, save the email in a folder for future reference.
