recordable cd device not found

I'm trying to burn a movie to a cd. Click save to cd and error comes up "a recordable cd drive not detected". I have a cd-rw, what am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem and have been watching this message for help but I
guess no one knows how to fix it. Even PaPa John wasn't familiar with it in
another message he repiled to.
