Recipient List Differs From Main Contact's List How To Locate & Jo

This seems to be something very simple however I cannot seem to solve this
and thought to ask.

When Sending Emails, My OL 2003 “TO†Recipient List (that pop names up
automatically when typing,) seems to be different from my normal Address List
under the “Tools Pop-Down Menu which channels down to my main Contacts List.
Or When I actually pick on the “TO†tab!

Thought I had all my emails & contacts going into my main Contacts PST but
apparently the most current sends are being stored someplace else? Would
like to locate the most current sends, join these to main PST & edit some of
the contacts from the latest Sends.

Hope this is not too confusing.. Feel like I am performing “Who’s On Firstâ€.
Abbott & Costello Routine!

Any suggestions would be appreciated …Thank You….Jim B @ A.g.d.e..

The list that you get when typing does not pull from your contacts, it pulls
from addresses that you have mailed. It has nothing to do with your address
list. If you want to remove one, simply use the arrow keys on your keyboard
and hit the delete key.

Thank You!

This work!

Is this List stored anywhere? If so, can it be manipulated, or
relocated to a different directory? Jim B

Is this List stored anywhere?

Yes, it's in a nk2 file that's named after your profile. Search your hard
drive for .nk2 files, searching system and hidden folders and files.
If so, can it be manipulated,

Not really. There might be a tool out there, but I've never seen one. It's
a binary based file, not pure text.
or relocated to a different directory?

Not that I've seen.
