additional contact list in OL 2003

I created an additional address book in OL. When i use an address from this
list
I get an immediate response from "system
administrator"....subject-"undeliverable"
Subject:
Sent: 8/25/2006 11:59 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'danny' on 8/25/2006 11:59 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.<<

When i create a new entry a window opens with a drop-down that says"put this
entry"......
if i use my original "contacts"... i am able to choose "new contact" and
there is no problem, it is useable to send emails with.
But
If i choose the new address book the options are
"other address" and "personal distribution list" and the entry as stated
before results in the sys admin message when i try to send an email.

Clarify what you mean. State what you mean by an additional address book.
Outlook does not use address books. It uses Contacts Folders.

Outlook confuses this question for me.
When i want to access my contacts there is an icon at the top of OL, it's
label is "adress book". In it is 2 choices that i created.... whichever one i
choose opens into a window that has the word "address book" in the title bar.
The first one has addresses that work fine. The second one that i am trying
to create...........see below.
