When I receive links to a web site in e mails they will not link to that
site. I am connected to the internet because I can access any web site
outside of Outlook. This just started happening a few weeks ago. Is there a
setting that inadvertenly got changed? How can I fix?

If Internet Explorer is your web browser, try this: in IE, click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.

Hi

Reset Web Settings should take care of the hyperlink issue.
If not you can try this as well

Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools>>Internet Options
Go to the Advanced Tab
Under Browsing uncheck the box "Enable third party browser extensions
(requires restart)". Apply and Ok
Restart the computer

If not, you can try this :
