Receiving Double Emails

Hi -
I work in an office with approximately 40 systems all using either Microsoft
Outlook or Outlook Express. We have one user on Outlook that is having
trouble receiving duplicates of emails. It's not every email but two or
three times a week Outlook downloads the incoming messages twice. I've
checked everything I can think of in the configuration but don't see
anything. It really confuses me that the problem is not consistent. Anyone
have a suggestion what I might look for?
