In Outlook 2003, does the Recall feature work only between Outlook clients ?
In other words, if you use Outlook Express or other email clients, can I
recall a sent message using Outlook ?

Recall doesn't work at the best of times.

Between Outlook and Outlook Express? No. Between Outlook 2003 and Outlook
2003 on an Exchange Server without using Exchange Cached mode and without
rules that moved the email and ... then sometimes, maybe.
