rebooted from a bugcheck

Recently my main server has been crashing and a bugcheck error has been logged. The server is a Dell 2400 2.4ghz dual processors with 1gb RAM up and running since July 03. Within the past several months it has crashed with the error of "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xf1f8b0ae, 0x00000000, 0x007500b4). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini021604-01.dmp. " No software or hardware has been added since July 03 other than Microsoft patches. I have seen several other with the same problem but no answers or reason have been given to solve the problem. The dump file is useless and it happens randomly. When the server does this in the middle of a workday it causes many problems for all users.

Help!! Any and all suggestions are appreciated
Thanks
Mike

based on the 0xc0000005 that appears to be defined as
STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. Or a program that is running attempted to access
memory that wasnt its own and caused the crash.

You might want to check this article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=275678

Also on a unrelated note you may want to check dell as well. We have a
server with basically the same stats that dell has called us about wanting
us to update it. Something to do with firmware racing etc... I still
havent called them back yet but will do so shortly.
