The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

Hi

I have a dell poweredge 1750 server dual cpu with dual gig nic.
installed with win2k sp4 + rational clearcase 2003 server.

It has been running fine for the past 9 months, recently it keep crashing
every few hours.

the BSOD message say

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f
(0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini100904-03.dmp.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue ?
