Reboot

XP does not want to shut down. Everytime I try, the
computer just reboots. Even when I log off first, the
computer does not turn off when I choose shut down
computer. I have to manually turn it off. XP shut down
after the first installation ok, then with the upgrades XP
began to show problems. Does anyone know what is wrong
and how it can be solved?
