realplay error at startup

Hello, when i start up computer i get >> realplay.exe (
unable to locate component- pngu 3266.dll , failed to start.
My realplayer has not ever been used or installed , i
can't even uninstall from add/remove programs.I run xp
proffessional with sp2 installed,can you help me?

Install the free realplayer ans see if the error stops. If it does and you
dont want realplayer, just delete it from add/remove programs. The other fix
is to go to the registry and delete the rouge entry. The first is easier,
but if you wanna try the registry, post back and I will tell you where to go.
