Real-Time protection problem

My real time protection stuff has mysteriously stopped
working and the program is highly confused about what is
active (or not as is my case). Pretty much nothing is
working although it says 3 out of 3 areas are real-time
protected but when you go into the detail view it says 0
out of 0 active for each of the 3 areas. I've tried a
full uninstall, clean up of anything left over and
reinstall and it still is broken. This was working a
month ago but has recently stopped working. I can't
remember anything that I've installed lately but may
have. Is there any known compatibility issue with this
happening? I really like the product but the real-time
features is more useful for me than any of the other
items and would like to get it working again. Thanks.

Try this and see if your agents wake up.

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

This worked for me too. Thank you. It also woke up the
advanced tools that were disabled for me (we have home xp
sp2 with two accounts. All MSAS would work for the wife's
account but not mine). Thank you again.
