reactivate Windows

My systems tell me that I must reactivate Windows within 3
days. I'm down to two days left. but when I select yes
reactivate I get an "Out of Box" error message and the
system shuts down.

Always keep antivirus and spy removal applications (links on the bottom of the page) up-to-date, and scan regularly.

Start - Run the two lines
regsvr32 licdll.dll
regsvr32 regwizc.dll

Then get on the net, go to
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Activate Windows
and 'activate on the net now'
