Re-partition Hard Disk

I have a 30GB hard disk. When I installed it about 3 years ago I
partitioned it into three equal sections of approximately 10GB each. I now
know that this was a mistake as my C:\ drive with all the programmes is full
and my D:\ and E:\ drives, which I use for storage, each have about 8GB
free.

What is the best way to re-allocate the space to say, C=20GB, D=5GB, E=5GB
without having to repartition the drive and reinstall everything?

Look at getting a software utility like Partition Magic. XP does not allow
you to change partitions without loosing everything.

Unfortunately, no version of Windows provides any way of changing
the partition structure of the drive nondestructively. The only
way to do what you want is with third-party software. Partition
Magic is the best-known such program, but there are
freeware/shareware alternatives. One such program is BootIt Next
Generation. It's shareware, but comes with a free 30-day trial,
so you should be able to do what you want within that 30 days. I
haven't used it myself, but it comes highly recommended by
several other MVPs here.
