I have got C:, D:, E: and F:. I decided to reformat my HDD. Now Drive C: and
D: is one Hard Drive of 8GB, partitioned 4GB each. Drive E: and F: is of 40GB
total, partioned 20GB each. I decided to reformat my C: and D: and remove the
partition in between them Clean Install Win XP Pro on the 8GB HDD. The File
System is NTFS on all the Drives. My DATA is safe on E: and F:. Now when I
did FDISK to remove partition, I was not able to. So i did a DEBUG. I was
able to remove partition and install Win XP Pro successfully.

Now the problem is I am not able to open my SAVED DATA which is on the E:
and F: drives.

It gives a error message "Access Denied .... " or "Cannot open .... ".

Please H-E-L-P !!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem is the account the files were created under no longer
exists. Use the steps in the following article to take ownership of the
files.
