Re-Order accounts in Windows Mail

I have 3 mail accounts and would like to change the order they download do
to extreme slowness with the foreign account. I need this to be actioned
last.
How can the account list be re-ordered to achieve this?

In the list of account names try changing the account label so they are
alpha-numerically the order you want; like "A B C"
