Ordering one's multiple email accounts when composing email

Here's a semi-obscure question:

I have 4 email addresses for different uses; in Windows Mail I may select
from those 4 addresses for composing mail by way of a drop down box when I
hit "New Message."

My dilemma is that I use quite a few macros that are dependent on the order
of those mail accounts; and while WM is automatically setting the default as
it should, but I'm having a hard time getting -- and *keeping* -- the other
accounts in the correct order!

Think of it this way... I want those accounts ordered 1 2 3 4, and through
some trial and error of removing and adding my email accounts I was able to
do so. Closed WM, re-opened, they were still in the correct order.

However, on my last system reboot, the accounts inexplicably re-ordered to 2
4 1 3... and I can't understand any rhyme or reason for the order; it's no
alphabetical, it's not by domain, and it's not chronological.

Anybody know a good way to accomplish this Herculean task?

Hmmm... no responses on this. I take it I've stumped the band? Am I out
of luck?
