Random Images Show Up as "x" - Please help!

I just spent an hour on the phone with a level 3 tech trying to solve this
matter. Random images on random sites show up as "x". I have uninstalled IE
and MSN 9 and re-installed both.

Steps Taken:
Uninstall IE / MSN
Reinstall IE / MSN
Cleared cache, history
Restore defaults in IE for security, privacy and "advanced" options
DID NOT change any settings since this started a few days ago.
Ran Norton 2004 Pro full scan - nothing found
Ran AdAware - nothing found

Please help me. It seemed to work just fine when I got off the phone and
then now it is doing it again!

I don't know what else to try. If reinstalling IE didn't help, you should be
looking at other programs you're running.
