RAID failure question

How do I know if any of hard drives in RAID-5 chain failed?

I got a message this morning on my Win2K_SP4 domain controller.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Disk
Event Category: None
Event ID: 11
Date: 4/26/2005
Time: 8:23:57 AM
User: N/A
Computer: DC-01
Description:
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0\DR0.

Any idea?

Your raid controller should have come with an array management tool which
may help you with controller and or drive diagnostics.

These may help.
