quirks ??

seem to be having a problem with alot of different things on this
computer..as in sounds being delayed..swap from one account to the other and
a minute later the sound (windows) plays....a usb disconnect sound will play
occasionally(windows)not being able to log off accounts,,mouse temporarily
freezing...on a hard restart (due to not being able to log off) certain
startup programs do not start and yet the next time they will start..ie6
occasionally not remembering screen size,,,Linksys router suffering brain
fart every couple of weeks and has to be reconfigured due to loss of
connectivity...Is there a program or a utility that might help in solving
this mystery as I cannot find any conflicts anywhere...

Webroot spysweeper 3.0
Intel 2.8 gig processor with hyperthreading
Intel motherboard 865perl
I gig of matched ddr ram
Visiontek 9200se vid card
Turtle beach Santa cruz sound
Linksys wireless b router
dsl modem
Logitech MX1000 mouse

All products complete with latest drivers and updates

Cannot tell exactly when this started whether it was before or after SP2
install but getting steadily worse...Any Ideas ???

Sir: I have already tried this as a possible cure once...This computer has 2
accounts and these are by no means consistant with either
account....Sometimes what it does on one account will not happen on the other
and vice versa
