qttask.exe

For weeks now I have been getting the following error message on a regular
basis: "dc: qttask.exe - No Disk"

I have searched for qttask.exe and removed it but still the error message
comes up. I have to click Cancel or Continue at least 4 times before it
goes away - any suggestions?
