Public folders and automatic formatting

Hello. I have set up several public folders (calendars) to be accessed by a
dozen clients. I have used the automatic formatting to color code each
appointment by the client initials. The formatting only attaches itself to
the initiating client PC only and the formatting cannot be seen by the
others. Do I have to format all clients with the same formatting?

Thanks.

Yes, since this is held in the client views and not set universally.
