PTR records not updating in Server 2003

Upon changing a Windows XP Pro SP1 client's computer name,
no update is made to its PTR record in W2003 DNS (standard
primary zone). Also tried changing IP address to force a
PTR update, but still only A record was changed.

"Update associated PTR record" checkbox is selected in A
records' Properties, and I checked the registry for
DisableReverseLookup entries, but there were none, so I'm
not sure why the PTR's are not updating. Any ideas would
be appreciated.

FYI: the newbie didn't realize that he had to set up
dynamic updating on each reverse lookup zone. Did it.
Worked.
