1. Click on Start-Control Panel-Mail
2.Click on Show profiles.
3. Click on ADD - just like I said in the other post.
4. Follow the instructions!

if you REALLY are having trouble with this simple operation, then it might
be an idea to get someone locally to do it for you...

I followed everything to the T until I get to Select the data file from the
list (In Control Panel - Mail towards the end) and then click settings. When
an error dialog appears etc etc....well, the error dialog does NOT appear
.... what could I be doing wrong now???
