pst files located on network share

Our company just recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. In 2000, you
could go to "Services" and add Personal Folder Files that were located on a
network share instead of importing them. I do not see this option in the 2003
version. Does Outlook 2003 support linking to pst files located on network
shares? or do you actually have to import them?

Outlook does; but Microsoft doesn't. Which is to say you can still do it;
you
just need to go to Tools | Options | Mail Setup | Data Files, but
Microsoft discourages it. Network problems or latency issues could cause
data corruption in your PST file which could be very bad.
