pst file locks with DFS

Hi,
We are just implementing DFS and want to reduce the file lock on pst’s.
All users connect via Citrix, and all Citrix servers are running Server 2003
and Office 2003 with SP2
All web sites I have seen reference the following reg key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
And instruct that by adding a new DWORD “PSTDisconnectDelay†the timeout
value can be altered on the file lock.
However, I can not find the \pst reg key on any server. I imagine that I can
add the key manually, but my question is, should the key be there already ??
