proxy server errors when trying to upload to VT

I get proxy server errors when trying to upload to VT.
Is everyone else, or is it just me?

Negative. Try the simple stuff first - clear your cache and delete
temp history files.

at this time CST US, 2:30pm it is working now.
it wasn't earlier and last night.
was working for me yesterday for periods, stoppages sometimes
