First, I hope I understand your question correctly.

1) You don't need a VPN capable router to accept incoming VPN connections.
2) Your DSL "Modem" is a router, even though it's called a modem, so you
do have a router.
3) You can set up any one of your XP Pro workstations to handle the
incoming VPN connections. Just run the network setup wizard and choose
"accept incoming connections" (or similar wording, I can't remember
exactly). Be sure to enable VPN connections, which is a checkbox.
4) The XP Pro workstation you choose to handle the incoming connections
must have a static IP address.
5) You'll need to connect to your DSL modem and forward port 1723 to the
static IP address you assigned to the workstation. You may also need to
enable VPN Pass-thru.

That's pretty much it. Now your remote client computers can connect (up
to 5 at the same time on XP Pro as I recall). They'll be able to access
the other computers and all of the resources on the local network.

Dear Mr. Kurt
First of all very very thanks for replying of my post. But as you gave me i

1 .Where i have to do this as you told on Computer or Modem or router? :-
You'll need to connect to your DSL modem and forward port 1723 to the
static IP address you assigned to the workstation. You may also need to
enable VPN Pass-thru.
2 Using this Can my all other computer share VPN connection,i mean all
other computer will be accessible from remotely or to Remote computer.I need
to configured anthing on other XP.
3.Is anything i need to configured on routers or modem, if need how ?
Can you give me step by step process for This secnairo:-

You'll need to connect to your DSL modem and forward port 1723 to the

enable VPN Pass-thru.

Most DSL modems have a web page where they can be configured. To open
the web page, first open a console (start -> run, type CMD). Type
"ipconfig", hit enter and note the default gateway address. Then open
Internet explorer and enter "http://<default-gateway-ip-address>" to
access the modems page. From there you'll have to poke around until you
find "virtual server", "NAT" or "Port forwarding". If you need more
info, download the manual for your particular modem.
2 Using this Can my all other computer share VPN connection,i mean all
other computer will be accessible from remotely or to Remote computer.I need
to configured anthing on other XP.

I'm no sure I understand the question. As I said in the last post, a
remote computer will be able to access a local computer that is
configured to accept VPN connections provided port 1723 is forwarded to
it. Outbound VPN connections only require that GRE protocol 47 (VPN
Pass-through) is enabled. some routers / modems have this enabled by
default, others have a setting to enable it. The other end of an
outbound connection must be set up to accept inbound connections the
same as your end.

If you want LAN-to-LAN VPN where clients from both networks can access
each other, you will need a hardware solution (ok, you can do it with
Windows, but you'll need a certificate server and a lot of other setup
to get it to work - it's not worth it).

You need to do exactly what I said in the first post. I can't give yo
step-by-step because I don't know what modem/router you use, and I
wouldn't have one to look at anyway. Download the manual.
