Proposing 4 different meeting times

I want to create an email invitation to a webinar that would provide 4
different times/dates for the meeting. I would like the recipient to have the
option to choose their primary date and select an alternate date should that
meeting already be filled. HELP!!! I'm on a short deadline (emphasis on DEAD!)

How about using voting buttons, that would group your responses... then you
could send a meeting notice to each...
